I had an MRI of the brain neck and spine 6 weeks ago today to rule out a brain tumor or MS. I still have not had my results or heard anything from anybody!

When I rang about 2 weeks ago they said my neurologist will pop me a letter in the post.

With it being 6 weeks, could this mean that I do not have anything really serious that could require emergency surgery or anything?
