Coiling or clipping.Brain Aneurysm?

i already had 2 stents put in.that was in june.the dr is now giving me the choice that with the bigger aneurysm i could coil but it has a wide neck and the coils could come out.with a clipping it is permanant.but it is brain surgery.thanks for the info
